Here I'm showing you how to make French press coffee. For great specialty coffee at home, I'm grinding my gourmet coffee beans using a Mr. Coffee IDS77 Electric Coffee Grinder with Chamber Maid Cleaning System. I prefer it, because it has grind selection and a cup count setting so you get the perfect grind. It also has an integrated scraper in which when you're done grinding the whole beans and empty the grounds into the French press, you can spin the top of the container which turns the plastic blades inside, scraping the finer grounds off the interior wall of the grinder.
I personally prefer dark roast coffee beans, like the French roast or espresso roast coffee beans. I'll order Sumatra at times as well, but to each his own Get your gourmet coffee here.

Eat more fresh fruit and vegetables. Make your last meal of the day a mixed green salad with other raw vegetables, like snap peas, broccoli and bean sprouts.
