We do take initial down payments on these trips and can work out a payment plan, contact us to make arrangements. Because we'll be raving in Rio during the peak season, hotels in this area are in greatest demand. Their rates reflect the demand and they sell out quickly. Most have a minimum stay requirement of 3 to 6 nights and enforce stiff payment policies and cancellation penalties. Therefore we need payment 45 days prior to the trip date. In general: hotels in Rio require 100% per person non-refundable payment to confirm space for the peak months. Policy may vary depending on which hotel we get into and when the reservations are confirmed. So the quicker you pay off this trip, the better place we will be able to reserve and book for you. Note: U.S. citizens require a Brazilian Visa for entry into the country, it could take up to 30 days to receive from submission.
